My disc has disappeared

Anyone have this problem?

I was having a problem with my X-Box One reading GTA V disc so I ejected and repeated many times. I did this because in the past it worked after 15 or 20 minutes it will read it. After some grinding and a loud pop I hit the eject and nothing comes out. I
believe the game is inside the X-Box.

Can I open my xbox one? How do I fix the reading of the discs?

My content has disappeared

I went over to one of my friend's houses yesterday and recovered my gamertag so we could play gears of war 3. On my account I have multiple pre-order characters the season pass, and all the weapon skins bought. When I went back to my house and recovered
my account I loaded up Gears 3 and when I did that all of my DLC was missing. I have re-donloaded everything multiple times but it doesn't work. Now on the in-game store for Gears of war it says that I haven't even bought the skins or season pass but on the
marketplace and on my recent downloads it says I have. I'm a little confused on what to do and I would like some help with this.

Were dis you purchase assissins creed from, was this a redeem code, or a purchase from the store.

If it is from the store, make sure you are signed into the xbox with that account (also check you billing history)

If its a redeem you need to be logged in with the account you redeemed the code with, otherwise it will not appear in your ready to install section on your xbox.

Please follow these steps on the following support page to manually eject your disc from your Xbox One

Also be aware that opening your console will void the warranty and is a violation against the Code of Conduct and the Terms of Agreement

 

Well it's warranty is over since is it more than a year old.

How do I get it to read my disc instead of ejecting it in & out until I get lucky?

I appreciate that but I got the disk out without this. I would like to know of any issues of the system not being able to read discs because it seems like a disc drive issue.

 

xbox one has a disk drive issue. had one replaced under warranty, now they want $135 to fix same problem. BS. They should recall this POS.
