My disc dive isn't spining. 0x80820002

When I recently upgraged to the new update I was fine for a couple days but the while I was playing fallout 4 my game crashed and none of my discs would work even movies so I looked it up and it said to uninstall and reinstall the blu-ray app and when I
uninstalled it I resest my Xbox then when to the market and it said this divide is not compatible with this app. Please help I can't use any of my games/movies :\

Thanks for the quick reply.

But the error is not with the disc (is clean and perfect, it's new).

When I insert any disc the drive start to spining, make a really right spining noise, and the disc can't be loaded.

Maybe I'll to wait until tomorrow to get a telephone support and ask for help or a replace.

I already tried clean the discs. Unsuccessful.

This sounds silly, but it maybe you're not pushing the disc hard enough into the drive.

If you place it in the drive gobbles it up but doesn't seem to take it in fully. You actually have to force the disc in by pushing it all the way yourself. It's probably a mechanical fault. This helped me. Hopefully it will help you too. Otherwise I'd call
customer support who should send you a form and you can get it fixed or replaced.

sometimes if you insert the disc and when you feel the drive trying to draw it in hold onto the disc lightly for a second to prevent the drive from drawing the disc in and then let go of the disc that can get things working again.

 

Try inserting a Blu Ray disk and see if it prompts you to install the Blu Ray app.
