    My digital purchases arnt showing up in ready to install, and idears to fix it?


    My games that I have bought have disappeared but I can still get them through the store, tis very odd.

    Ready to install not working

    I bought a new hard drive today for my xbox one and my ready to install games are not showing up. All it says is "click to check for digital purchases".

    assassins creed problem

    im on memory 4 and its not showing any objectives usally comes up with a pick pock sign or somthing to get info but nothing is showing iv done all the view points i can see any idears how to fix this?

    Hi, if you have purchased the digital version of the game ,then it should show up in your ready to install section in my games and apps. If you bought the disc version, then you need to insert the disc and install the game.

    Backwards compatibility

    Hi!

    Once you purchase it digitally from the Xbox Store, it will show up in My Games and Apps\Ready to Install. No disc needed.

    Basically Any digital game including the backwards compatible ones that are purchased on an account will show up in the ready to install section of your xbox one automatically.

    Xbox One Game Share

    The Home Xbox system allows one person to set a console as their Home Xbox and that allows any other profile on that Xbox to download and play any of the Digitally bought games from that profile.

    Digital licenses go with the profile that purchased them.

    Any console that is set as a profiles Home console will show their digitally bought games in the ready to install section automatically on that console.

    So in your situation if you have your Xbox set as your friends Home Xbox their digitally bought games would automatically show up in your ready to install section on your console, if their are no games showing up in your ready to install section then that
    profile they gave the sign in information for does not have any digitally purchased games on it.

    You can sign into an account at account.xbox.com and go to the my games link at the top and it will show you any Xbox One games that the profile you are signed into on that website has on their account.
