    My digital order is stuck on pending


    I ordered some digital currency for a game and it's been stuck on pending.

    I opened chat with Microsoft support and they immediately told me that my financial institution didn't approve it.

    So, I call up the bank and no, they definitely did approve it. So, that was a lie.

    I call Microsoft support and the gentleman tells me that Microsoft hadn't processed the transaction yet and I should wait a few hours.

    How is it possible that Microsoft "Support" can flat out mislead a customer? Are they trained to deflect customers from actually getting help?

    Yes I got it before the expected date. But I have already returned it because I found I prefer mouse and keyboard.

    Check the order confirmation email for expected delivery date. Mine is expected to deliver almost 1 month after purchase. I am choosing not to get upset until the delivery date has passed; then I will have a reason to complain ;)

    I called Microsoft customer support. All they could tell me is that "pending" meant they were trying to fill the order and the delay could be for a myriad of reasons. He then transfered me to wholesale, saying that they would have a better idea of what is
    going on. An automated system said they were closed and what hours they were open and to call back then. Ironically, I was transfered well within business hours.

    :(

    My guess is that it is related to current events, but I've had trouble finding the controller in stock anywhere since January. I was jubilant to find that it didn't say out of stock, when I paid $200 for it. Ha! Guess, I'm the fool.
