My digital games from xbox one are not showing up on series x. Does anyone know the issue...

You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,

I’ve tried that link as well. Same issue, blank screen when you try to log in. My problem is with a Digital game purchased as part of an Xbox series x bundle. The game does not show up in my account. I have the order# of the purchase. I either need the issue resolved or the game refunded.

This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game orders from there for the digital game and if it's stated as "completed".

Also, if you still have your Xbox One console, please check the Microsoft email address from there to ensure that it's the correct account.

No worries, it should be visible on your order history still as a redeemed code. Kindly check still as we need to locate the transaction for the game.

I did not pay for the digital game i was given i code for it when i bought the console . Does that effect anything?
