My digital download keeps crashing at %80 everytime

I bought a digital copy of a game and iv tried downloading over and over and only ever gets to %80 then restarts.all my other games and apps are downloading fine and its not a massive file or owt

What type of internet are you using? Are you using cable? Hotspot? DSL? Whats the name of the game? Do you have enough space on your console?

Due to the current situation around the world the network infrastructure for the xbox, ISP, playstation and many more are under huge strain and will have issues acquiring game downloads and being stable enough to download them fully without any issues It would
be best for the time being that you try and go for the disk based games at the moment in your collection if you have any this would ease the load on the xbox servers and your ISP as well.

While I apologize for any upset caused by this problem this would be the best solution at the current time.

It's a common problem with XBL atm. It appears to be related to the surge in users, not your Xbox. Patience - or developing a vaccine to the virus - are the only solutions available to us.

Lots of people have this issue including me i believe the servers are currently over worked
