    My digital copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has disappeared!


    My digital copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order that was preinstalled on my Xbox One X 1TB Console - Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Bundle has disappeared. Not only did the game disappear, but so did the preorder content and the deluxe upgrade content.

    I have played it on this Xbox previously and I have been able to reinstall it from the store, but the question is, how did an entire game with add-ons get uninstalled from my Xbox One X?

    It's difficult for us to determine why or how this may have happened. Is this the only time that this has happened and has it happened with any other games? Were there any error codes associated with this? Were there any changes made to your console's storage devices? (ex: External HDD or External SSD). Is it possible that you may have factory reset your console? Are you a part of the Xbox Insider program and have you joined any flights or tests recently?
