My digital copy of elden ring deleted itself and now it like i never owned the game, any fixes?

So basically i bought elden ring online from the xbox store and had been playing it fine for months, then one day i go to load it up and it says i need to own the game to play it. I’ve contacted xbox support and they said to check my purchase history for a receipt and its not there, which is weird cause the history shows the dlc but not the main game, I still have all my achievements when i check and its shows how many hours I’ve played the game but its like i never owned the game itself, and I didn’t purchase it on any other account i’ve checked that too. I dont want to rebuy the game is there anything i could do to fix this?

Thats the thing i went to check if elden ring was ever on game pass and it hasn’t been. Its crazy to have to rebuy a game that just deleted itself , and support saw the achievements and everything

If it doesn't show on your order history and support didn't see it, then all you can do is buy it again. Is it possible you were just playing it through Game Pass?

I am expering this issue on several games like elden ring, crossfire x and horizon 5. Elden ring is the most severe one (every 5 minutes or so) and I rarely experience it with horizon 5 like once or twice a week. Also, I have never experienced it. With games like halo infinite l, psychonauts 2 and backward titles.

The crashes into dashboard and don't restart or shut down the cososle.

I have updated my console and game also I tried to reset the console to factory settings and reinstalled game.

Is it possible that the is with my console hardware?
