    My digital code is stolen and activated


    Hello! I bought on CDkeys.com 12 month Xbox live gold membership.

    Order info: Order #15137660489 Order Date: 29 December 2016 09:53:37 GMT. SKu: D/0885370212556 Subtotal: $45.99

    I am posting problem today cause I used Xbox Live 14 days codes until now. Xbox.com says that this code is already used.

    My position: I am the legit owner of this code. ID: . Certanly I didnt activated it on other accounts beacause I only have 1 account on my Xbox One.

    Position of CDkeys.com: "Our normal policy, like most other retailers, is that we are unable to issue a replacement or refund on used digital goods as they were sent to your email, valid and unused."

    Position of Microsoft Tech chat support: "This code was used on Jan'11 on another account. We cant able to know on what account it was used".

    My question as a common man: I asked CDkeys.com and Microsoft to refund my money -
    NOBODY CAN. I asked Microsoft Tech chat support to
    BAN     the person who stoled my account for justice - they also cannot to identify the thief's account. As the result - I'm very sad My digital code is stolen and activated :(

    What should I do? Thanks for your help people.

    Are CDkeys, GameCheap, and other legit?

    Hey

    CDKeys and GameCheap currently have same digital games really cheap. For example, AC Unity for less than $2. That seems way to good to be true. I invest a lot into my Xbox digital lib, I have over 350 digital games, so I do not want to get my account banned.
    Are these code legit or stolen?

    it could be that walmart have not activated the code? i think they may have to do that after its sold so if they get stolen they cant just be used without activation on their part?

    i recently bought a ms gift card scratched the back to reveal the code entered it and no code found what gives

    I did check the code multiple times, at point of purchase they showed me it had been already activated but when i entered it on my box it said the code doesnt exist ,someone has stolen 25 bucks from and my guess is it good old bill and his thieving ways, this isnt the first time ms has stolen from me . The code has none of the letters or numbers mentioned, ms sucks

    to get a digital code from any stores like games stop, Walmart, and etc. there should be a card that you can grab containing a digital code on the back. you should talk to the manager of that target because If you didn't get that card containing the code
    on the back your money was stolen from you.
