My devices does not recocgnize my xbox sereies X controller

I don't know if any of you can help me, but I kinda ran out of options.
So me and my lil bro wanted to play some fighter game on an emulator, yuzu (not that it matters) I connected first my Xbox series x wireless (bluetooth) Windows sees it as a controller still. soon after, I connect my brother's controller, a PS4 one that worked fine until the app didn't recognize the ps4 controller. I remove both controllers trough the bluetooh settings and try to re connect them, the ps4 one is recognized and works, while the xbox is a "unknown device"

I tried to connect it to mobile but no success there either

I'm really sorry you're experiencing this problem.

Here are some steps you could take to fix this problem:

Restart your controller: Press and hold the Xbox button on the controller for about 6 seconds to turn off the controller. Then press the Xbox button to turn the controller back on

Check the Bluetooth connection: Make sure the Bluetooth signal is clear between the controller and your console or PC. Avoid placing objects between the two signal receivers. Keep interference-causing electronic devices away that may interfere with the Bluetooth connection.

Restart the Microsoft Store: Press Windows keys +R to open the Run window. Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command. Wait for the process to finish, restart your computer and check that it has been solved

Update drivers: Right-click the Start icon and choose Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controls folder, right-click each of the USB options and select Update Driver. Wait for the processes to finish and restart your computer for the changes you made to take effect.

Run the Hardware Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshooting > Other Troubleshooters. Find the hardware and click run

Hello Khaji, I've tried all of the above already, no results. Also this is what I get when it "finds" it. It's also invisible to the mobile phone.

I mean since everything on the Sereis X will still work I'm just going to sell mine.

But that isn't the problem, when i conect my headsets, the Xbox it dosen't has a hard time recocgnizing the headsets, directly the headsets don't work, but, at the first time i used them, they worked

and i don't understand why is this is happening.

The Xbox Series X|S controller does not replace your mobile device’s touchscreen controls; instead, it acts as a separate Bluetooth input source for games that are compatible with the controller.

(This means that not being able to control your device with a controller was intentional. It only works in-game.)
