    For any specific suspension questions you will need to go to your suspension history, there you can you can submit a case review if the suspension qualifies. No one in the forums, nor support can assist with any specific suspension issues.

    Keep in mind, if the suspension is a device ban (as the error code suggests) then there is nothing you can do. Device bans are not given out lightly.
