My design lab contoller does not function properly

I have a design lab controller [Mod Removed - Personal Information]. When I first received it, the "B" button was a little sticky, but it wasn't enough of a problem for me to worry about. Now, the rumble motor is making a high pitched
whine whenever the controller vibrates. The controller is less than a year old, but when I checked with support, but they said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. I understand that the warranty is only 120 days, but I have been an Xbox
gamer since Halo 1 came out. I had to exchange my 360 because of the Red Ring of Death, but still stuck with you through it all. I would like to have my history taken into consideration, and my warranty claim for a new controller re-evaluated.

Xbox Design Lab Controller not functioning properly.

I bought my design lab controller 2 months ago, and already it is not functioning properly. The A button doesn't register my input well and accurately. This is especially anoying with games like Fifa and Rocket League.

I think if you pay more for a controller it should at least work and have a better reliability than standard controllers, but unfortianately it doesn't seem to be the case.

So my question is: Is there any way I could get it fixed?

I live in The Netherlands

grateful for your help . Purchased a Xbox design lab controller in March this year . two of the buttons have stopped working properly .canbyou help please ?

Time to go to xbox design lab and get a great custom contoller my friend

This worked for the standard controllers but does not work for the two design labs in question. The serial number from the design controllers says not recognized.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have with your controller. Have you tried resetting the controller to it's default settings?

You may reset your Xbox controller to its default settings using the Xbox Accessories App:

1. Select your controller in the app

2. Choose Configure

3. Select a profile

4. Select Edit

5. Select Restore to default

You can also reset your Xbox controller by holding down the Pair button until it vibrates and turns off. After resetting, the controller will disconnect from all devices, and you'll need to pair it again.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
