    My deposits are not logged


    "Your deposits are not logged. Make sure billing information listed on your account from Microsoft Commerce is correct when you click on the button below. If it is correct, it creates a publication in our forum for support here." My billing information is correct
    but I don't know what to do now.

    Credits wont deposit

    about a week ago i solicitate an deposit to me get some games on this deals, but today a logged on Xbox rewards André nothing happened, my credits Still three and the Next date for deposit os after the Xbox promotions please help me outro guyz

    Game taking payment for Xbox one NOW

    The money has been charged to my credit card and I've had a despatch email. I haven't logged on to see what my Game account says though.

    Edit: I checked my account and the deposit part says unshipped, whilst the actual item says shipped.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Spanish Rewards Account region and your Mexican Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
    will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    You can log in here https://rewards.xbox.com/ to request a deposit or wait until they are deposited automatically which is normally the middle or end of the month if you have 5000 points or more.

    We see multiple Credit and Deposit events for your account since that date. For reference, you can view a complete log of all Credit and Deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then confirm the deposit as currency into your Microsoft
    Account from the commerce page at (https://www.commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on January 14th, and were included in your February 8th deposit. For future reference, a complete log of all Credit and Deposit events can be found on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
    Additionally, deposits as currency can be viewed on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
