I got the digital deluxe edition of MLB The Show 23.

Supposed to get stubs, packs, etc.

Didn't receive any of them.

I had the same issue with the Deluxe Edition, it seems to be an issue on Bethesda's end, be it a physical or digital copy's,

If you have a support ticket open, keep on it, explaining what you done/tried and eventually they will ask for proof of purchase via a screenshot, a photo of receipt/invoice, screenshot of you're Microsoft account order history showing you got the Deluxe
pack and showing you're Microsoft account email on the order history page, they will send and show you what and how to do that and once you replied to the support ticket within 5 -10 minutes of doing that, they unlock and give you're Deluxe contents,



I went through this process and it took about a day an half to get my Deluxe contents

i have the same problem i bought a digital copy of the deluxe edition from the store the deluxe content is not unlocking the meteor is not falling i can't get my BFG 9000 my account is linked the order went smoothly i have been contacting bethesda support for
two days now and my problem has still not been resolved

To clarify after not playing for a week. We turned the console on and the entire game was deleted somehow.

When we re installed it all progress was lost as well as the delux edition ( items) were gone.

I did have it saved to both internal and external hard drives.
