My decision was upheld for my account saying it was cheating and it wasnt me

My account got hacked little more than a week ago and finally got around to have my account back and back when i was talking to the agent i greed to have her ban my account soo it wouldnt have any damage on my xbox profile. When i got my account back i went
to the enforcement to apply for a case review and THEY SAID I DID ALL OF THAT AND IM HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT AND THE DECISION WAS UPHELD EVEN THOE IT WAS NOT ME. I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT IT WASNT NOT ME DOING THINGS TO MY ACCOUNT BUT NOBODY WOULD LISTEN TO ME.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP.

Stolen Xbox Permanent Suspension

Me and the support agent tried to file a case review but apparently somehow there was already a case review before. (after the xbox was stolen) and the decision was upheld, I have done nothing illegal like it said I was "cheating"? I have not done anything
but become a victim. I just want my account back.

i got banned for not playing online for i guess cheating and hacking and saying rude comments but it wasnt me

 

i was warning my friend when i had a little access to my account and everyone of my friends

I have gotten banned twice for cheating and i would never cheat i really want xbox support to send me screenshots of me cheating. But they cant cuz i have never cheated

 

be caused w you didn't follow the process and no that's why it was upheld

When your account has been compromised you just immediately call XBOX support for a compromised access case then escalations team tier 3 will work with enforcement. This however doesn't cancel out enforcement but would've prevented further actions
