my December rewards are short, can you double check

**PLEASE DO NOT LOCK POST, IN CASE I HAVE FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS TO OFFICIAL RESPONSE**

I spent a total of $225.28 for the month of December in total eligible purchases, but I only got 20,000 points from the MyVIP rebates part, and another 250 points from a survey, for a total of 20,250 for the month, or $20.25 in rebates. At 5 Star MyVIP with
Gold, the 10% rebate should have (even rounded down to nearest $10 spent, been at least 22,000 points for that alone, plus the same 250 for the survey, for a total of $22.25 or 22,500 points.

Also, if you notice a problem on your end and fix this, can you also double check to make sure my remainder for the month is accurate?

Yes, located in the US as well and i'm still waiting for my prize. I already competed December Quest too.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So they haven't been here yet to check.

Keep in mind that if any of your purchases were eligible for another offer on the site, they would not have counted towards your rebate.

Purchases cannot be "double-dipped" and awarded for both offers and MyVIP. Since your purchase of Rainbow Six Siege went towards the "A Rewards Story" offer last month, it did not award on MyVIP. However, this offer required more than one eligible purchase
to complete, so you did not receive offer completion Credits. This caused your total spending to be 205.28. Since we only award on every $10 increment, as you mention, you were awarded 10% of 200.00, which is the 20,000 payback you received.

It appears that your account is working as expected. However, due to the recalibration of MyVIP that took place at the end of December, there was no remainder to roll over from December to January.

As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a prompt response.

Yeah, I try to be aware of that stuff but nothing I purchased should have gone to any promotion. But nothing I've seen in MyMissions should have qualified for any ongoing promotions, I don't pre-order anything, and I'm not touching any of those Free to Play
games, and nothing from the Dr Rewards promotion. But yeah, I'm gonna require someone who can look through my purchases and figure out what went wrong on that end.

So what happens to my purchase for my uncompleted mission I had no intention of participating in or completing for that matter? Do I just get screwed out of that reward for MyVIP? Seriously, I have no desire to partake in any of these Missions you guys set
up. Other times in the past for ones I have completed the rewards are often less than what the MyVIP rewards would been by themselves. If anything I feel you've only created a minefield of ways that cheat me out of my MyVIP rewards and I only feel this is
entirely intentional on your end. I've been a very faithful and loyal consumer of Microsoft and its products and services and this is seriously a spit in the face.

That settles that then, you can close this thread out.
