My debit card won't work for xbox

    My debit card won't work for xbox


    I got a 25$ debit card for my birthday but when I enter it in it says that there is a problem and it is Microsoft's issue. How can I fix this

    Yeah? What about my debit card? I know some prepaid cards won't work here, but my debit card should. It's not working.

    Do I need to use a credit card? Or will a debit card work when trying to upgrade your child account to an adult account, because right now my debit card won't work.
