    My debit card is currently not working to buy anything plz help


    ok so my debit card is a wells Fargo platinum card and every time I try to buy something it doesn't work and says " we couldn't get authorization for this purchase."please tell me what to do I will provide almost any info needed for u to help

    hay erm well i been getting billed for $2.00 and i havent got anything yet i just sighed my debit card up today plz help

    Sorry to hear it. The first thing you should do is contact the card provider and make sure there are no blocks on Xbox purchases. You could also contact phone support for more info on whether the card itself is accepted or not. Please click this link

    LOCKED - debit cards

    If you debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo it will work. I use my debit card on my account. I do believe that with the updates rolling out they are going to start allowing people to use paypal to buy gold memberships, currently you can only use paypal
    to buy Microsoft points.

    Other than that you will need to go to your local retailer and buy the prepaid membership cards.

    Yeah? What about my debit card? I know some prepaid cards won't work here, but my debit card should. It's not working.

    why cant you buy backwards compatibility games straight from your from your xbox one

    So you trust your card details to EA but not to Microsoft?

    If there is a backward compatible game you want then just add the card, buy the game, and then remove the card.

    The only time you can't remove a debit/credit card from your account is when it is attached to a current Xbox Live subscription.

    Not an ideal situation but it would work.
