Why is it that every time I buy a new game I need to download and reinstall it multiple times before it chooses to work. Your answer to this is a hard reset, guess what it does not work as well as y'all think. after installing and uninstalling forza
for the third time it still does not work. Basically all my xbox is good for is netflix but to be honest my $75 dollar blu ray already did that and was a fraction of the price of the paper weight I now have. Dont get me wrong when I find the secret and the
stars are in alignment and I get the game to work I love it but the 2-3 days of uninstalling and reinstalling in a variety of ways is ridiculous.

yes I've done hard resets, I've unplugged my modem, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've reset my forza profile, I've deleted all saved information and still can't get forza to work. Titanfall was a pain to get to work, so was PvZ but forza now
    takes the cake.

    :)

Search that gamertag via your Xbox console and select the "Report" option under their profile. Once there, select Gamertag as the report option and attach a comment for why you feel the GT is worthy of reporting. That is the best and quickest way to have
    it reviewed.

If you feel it's offensive, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    Hi there ImTaco,

I would just like to make sure that you are correctly doing the power cycle correctly. When you get a chance, could you please (with your console turned on), hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off. Wait for 1 minute and then
disconnect the power cable. Wait for another minute and then reconnect the power cable and turn the console back on.

If that fails, and you continue to have re-occurring issues launching your games, it may be an issue with your console, and it may need repairing/replacing. If that is the case, you can head to
https://myservice.xbox.com/ and register your console if you haven't already. Then you can send it in for repair, using the warranty that comes with the console.

    I hope that helps!
