xbox live people... I have wasted 10 years of absolute garbage gaming capability on the console. What made me realize this- is when i had to deal with the pos enforcement team from Thailand or Philippine or some 3rd world country...they banned my console
for using the F word too much... Last time i checked this was a free country and i can say whatever the F i want! (The point of gaming is to use your imagination and be free... Maybe that's exactly what im doing!) I remember when xbox live first came out
...people would talk smack to each other and that was half the fun. You dont like it .. Simple toggle that mute button..waw. I feel like xbox has become the Wii of gaming. I got myself a nice pc build and loving every minute of it.. I am just sad that
i didn't do it sooner...xbox live - you suck! kiss my ****.

Pc gaming is absolutely AMAZING compared to any console out there!

:)

Games for toddlers?

My dear friends have a 4 year old and asked me if I knew some games for kids of this age. In my opinion, Xbox games are for older children but they insisted on the Xbox. So, do you now any games that are suitable for children this young ?

Hi there,

While, the U.S., is a free country, freedom of speech only covers what the government can and cannot restrict it's citizens from saying. Private organizations can put restrictions on what is permitted on their services. Live is a private service which users
can choose to sign up for and utilize, just like any number of gaming services out there. Like all services out there (Sony, Steam, Nintendo, etc.) users have to agree to follow the rules set forth by the organization providing the service.

In this case the Live Code of Conduct does specifically say:

What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

Content involving illegality. For example:

• Gambling, piracy, child pornography, obscenity, or criminal activity

Many people do, mute a user if they don't want to hear the chatter. They also have the ability to block users they don't want to deal with as well as the ability to report users they feel are breaking the code of conduct. All reports go to the Enforcement
Team for them to take care of.

Remember while games have ratings such as M for mature. Live is rated E for everyone.

Follow the services rules and everyone can have a fun time.

6. you my good law abiding - "mistress sara" seem to have twisted my point to your liking. I know about the stupid code of conduct...its mostly to cover xbox live from anyone that wants to sue the crap out of them... Its there for legal purposes for the most
part. They could give a damn as long as they get paid.

Nevertheless- it is WRONG to ban a console! Or restrict it from being able to communicate or play online when people spend hundreds of dollars in games and add-ons. You seem to have missed my point about how much better PC gaming is in comparison. And
- how xbox live enforcement team has the authority to ban or block your console. Ban the game.. That's understandable- if it's deserving... (Don't even get me started on the "repeal process") but to ban the console?!..That's unacceptable.

I feel like there are lots of trigger happy nerds on the enforcement team just waiting to hit that ban button (for the slightest infraction) to finally feel like they are worthy of their job.

Take your code of conduct talk to someone who gives a damn about it lol. My point to the topic was that xbox aint got nothing on PC gaming!

Dear Friends,

TL;DR I want my gaming system to be a basic gaming system without the clutter of extra features.
I'm assuming that's the essence of what you're saying. May I suggest holding the 'Shift' key when pressing 'Enter' between paragraphs. There is a fault with the forum formatting, and that's a work around.

The thing is, the existence of these features doesn't necessarily mean you have to use them. Load your games. Play your games. Have fun with your games. And ignore the rest.
See thats the thing that I dont get, why everyone complains about extra features when the core feature you want is still there. I remember cell phones only made calls. I remember when GPS meant MAP. Smart tvs? I remember having to put tin foil on rabbit
ears to get reception. I guarantee the OP has some sort of electronic device in his house that has a bunch of added features that it really doesnt need.
