Yo gamepass is great and all and I was happy to see my favorite pastime of a game (dead space 3) finally made it's way on there so I thought to give it a download and relive the good ol times..But wait! Wheres my dlc?.. I thought I redeemed the code for
my witness and first contact suit and my evangelizer and negotiator weapons back on 360... O.M.G! This is absolutely bananas!.. Maybe I'll just hunt down the dusty ol case and try putting in the code again but OH BY GOLLY!!.. It says the code has been redeemed
already...??? Oh what ever shall I do..? Plz hlp thx c:

The data sync issue from the 360 to the One could potentially be the problem as you had mentioned but, if you owned the content (so long as it wasn't delisted from the store in its entirety) then it should be in your ready to install so long as it is for
a fact backwards compatible.

One thing you could do, a potential lead, would be to check your Microsoft Account's order history... refine the search by "digital" and "all available." Depending on how far back you may be able to go, you should be able to find evidence of your purchase.
So, assuming the code doesn't have an expiration date and you may happen to have a proof of purchase floating around... you could get a replacement here?

I've been using the same account since 2008 or somethin like that. I remember buying the game around the time when it came out in 2013 I think..but I rarely had access to wifi so I never got to redeem the code for a few months after. So with that in mind
I did go back and check my order history but it only goes back to 2016 for some reason sooo.. lol

Idk if I gotta re-sync data from my 360 but that's a thought. And it may be just a thought for forevers since my 360 freezes up trying to connect to xbox live. At least it did roughly a year ago so I can always try again

Are you using the same account that you redeemed the DLC on when you redeemed it on 360? of you go to "Manage game" do you have anything there waiting to install? If you go to account.microsoft.com and view your purchase history do you see a record of
you redeeming it there?

Since Dead Space 3 Awakened is dlc, so it will not appear on your "my games". You need to have dead space 3 to play it. You can access it through the main menu in the game.
