My daughter is being harassed

My daughter is constantly being harassed by these older girls. Above 18yrs old. They keep hacking into her Roblux account and i have to keep getting her account back. She just took off her 2 step verification today and within 5 mins these girls hacked into
her account. I have reported thier names that were harassing my daughter. They keep making up new accounts and bothering her. I am asking that you look into these accounts please. I am also asking if she can change her Gamer Tag as these girls keep finding
her and messaging her. I have screen shots of the messages. One girl has threatened to call dyfys on me. Can you please see what email address are linked to the account and see what email addresses have been used. I am in desperate need of your help. My email

Please allow me to apologize if this isn’t the appropriate section for this complaint.

I have a very distressing matter at hand, I have a 13 year old daughter who is being periodically abused and stalked throughout your online platform, and we have taken the precautions to protect her via your guidelines but the person in question has found
a way to truncate this via the creation of new accounts to continue the torment.

We have also found that he is now encouraging others to initiate the abuse on his behalf (due to him being muted)

This is the only information that I’ve managed to accumulate from his profile page etc.

As you can imagine this is very disturbing and I really do not wish to take this to the Police or Media if this isn’t resolved.

The comments my daughter incurs on a daily basis are as follows please excuse the language but I wish to deliver the full effect across.

My daughter has in my opinion has never done anything to provoke this or contribute to the retaliation from this person and I feel that this pervert needs to be dealt with SERVERLY.

Block their accounts and re-enable 2FA on Roblux..

 

As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them. They do not use the forums.
