Personally I would have a word with your daughter about this, I have never ever seen someone type
[Mod Removed] and used it to mean [Mod Removed], and I get the feeling that she may be trying to pull the wool over your eyes so as not to get into trouble.

To add to what the others have said.

The only people that handle suspensions are the enforcement team. The only way to contact them is through the case review process which according to your post you have already done this process can take up to 2 days for them to reinvestigate the report that
was made. If they determine that it was a valid suspension and they uphold the suspension then that is the final say and you would just have to wait out the suspension. Otherwise if they determine that it was not a valid suspension then they would lift the
suspension off the account.

As you know that is commonly used for something obscene so the ban unfortunately is warranted. You can claim anything after the fact but the rules stand. You can submit a case review but the suspension will most likely be upheld.
