    Hello! A lot of people are having various problems with Xbox Live. A mass amount of people are playing Xbox right now because of the circumstances around the world which are causing problems with servers but Xbox should be in the clear soon, so hold tight!

    I'm pretty sure its an ongoing issue with Xbox live atm, I don't know if this issue you stated is persistent or just started happening but as of right now people are having some issues with Xbox lives communication features.

    Wait it out for a few days and try again, if the issue persists further, contact Support
