My daughter bought Minecoins on her Ipad but they vanished

My daughter bought Minecoins from her ipad but the vanished before she could use them. The bill did not vanish and we have been charged for the purchase.

I have now seen that you have to have an XboxLive account to store your minecoins BUT there was absolutely NOTHING that stopped us from purchasing them without being logged on!!

I find it very frustrating to try and get the money back (or to get the Minecoins) and she is very upset as it was her birthday money that she spent to be able to buy some cool features for her Minectraft.

Does anyone have any advice on how to sort this?

Problem Buying minecoins

I’m trying to buy minecoins but each time it says I’m not connected to the internet which is incorrect. I have deleted and reinstalled minecraft on my iPad and logged in to my Xbox live account. Any suggestions?

i have been trying to fulfill a promise i made to my daughter for over a week now and give her $20 on her xbox live account so she can buy minecoins and i keep getting the error that is in the subject line, this is incredibly frustrating!!!

Have you contacted Microsoft support? They are usually pretty good at helping with these sorts of problems.

My daughter is nearly 8 and would also like to play minecraft with others her own age, she is a HUGE Stampy fan and will sit on her iPad for hours (if I'd let her) watching his YouTube videos. Her GT is FlOwR2PrNcEsS

Also, my daughter reminded me that a few weeks ago she was playing cross platform with her friend that uses an iPad and we definitely didn't have gold at the time. This has been issue since the update with the foxes in it.

Thats online gaming. My biggest problem is when I decide to game at home, my wife starts surfing the net, my son streams games on his lap top, and my daughter starts streaming movies on her lap top, and usually the mother in law is over playing games online
via her iPad. I dont have a chance.
