Well first sounds like you are not doing it right

First let's starts by setup

Console.1 series x

Console.2 series s

Account 1 yoirs

Account 2 your daughters

Comsole 2 is set to home console

And both account 1 -2 are on it

Your daughter can only sign in on console.2 on account 2

Console 1 your profile but you need to be signed into live at all times to use your content

She.cannot.use console.1 without losing the home .console benefits

This is the way all consoles work

A profile can only be signed into one place at a time And only one home console

Btw cloud is.not.an.option for her as it only works for.thr subscriber

Are you sure she isn't using your profile "Only one person can play at a time" you wouldn't get that unless she is using your profile

"The person that bought the game needs to sign in" are you using home console changes between the two consoles ?

If you follow the above setup you don't need to change it

Oh! Glad that it’s now working. Yeah, that one was weird. It works fine after you changed a profile. It may be a bug somehow. You may instead report or share your feedback to the Minecraft team just in case the issue reoccurs, they will be able to investigate it on their end.

Let’s try to remove her profile and power cycle her console before adding her account back.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
