My data won't sync for rainbow 6 siege and keeps saying to try again but it won't work still?!

We understand that you lost your data due to a sync error in Rainbow Six Siege.

One solution you can try is to check if your game data is backed up to the cloud. To do this, go to "Settings" on your Xbox console, then select "System," and then "Storage." From there, select "Manage Storage," and then select "Reserved Space." If you see "Rainbow Six Siege Saved Data" listed, then your data is backed up to the cloud.



If your data is backed up, you can try deleting the local saved data for Rainbow Six Siege and then syncing with the cloud to restore your progress. To do this, go to "Settings" on your Xbox console, then select "System," and then "Storage." From there, select "Manage Storage," and then select "Rainbow Six Siege Saved Data." Finally, select "Delete from Console."



After deleting the local saved data, launch Rainbow Six Siege and sign in to your account. Your progress should sync with the cloud and restore your data.

If this does not work, you may need to contact Ubisoft support for further assistance.

Yes I did try a hard restart and it didn't do anything. So then I did a factory restart (while keeping the games) and nothing changed either. However, I was just curious and checked the data on a game already installed (rainbow 6) and played it to which
it synced the data and completely saved my level and everything. So maybe it just needs to sync the data as I play it and just needs to be started. I'm installing a game I own just to check for sure but it could take a while, it's just like the game was just
bought. Hopefully that works but I still have my doubts, as rainbow already had some data but not all of it when I checked the first time and fully synced the second.

Just resumed play after work but am getting a message saying "Syncing Data for Halo Master Chief Collection" followed by "Unable to retrieve latest save game data. Try again or continue offline."

If I continue offline, all my cross-game achievement progress will be lost won't it?

100% percent you would keep game data if you delete it from your xbox. Ive deleted many games (fortnite, forza, rainbow six siege) and I downloaded them again and all my data is safe and secured !
