    Xbox Rewards

    Hi there,

    Like many, I am plagued with an Xbox Live Rewards issue, whereby the site asks me to do the following: "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!"

    However, the information is up to date and I have nothing to update. I receive similar messages whenever I receive an email from XL Rewards.

    Any help is much appreciated!
