    My dashboard will not load


    I have an Xbox One S. I went to turn my xbox on, it had the normal loading screen. But then a messaged popped up saying that the “Xbox Dashboard took too long to load.” I have tried unplugging and also resetting it too. Nothing has worked

    Did you tried also a
    Factory Reset    , you can choose to keep all games and apps installed, and this procedure will only refresh the operative system.

    Clearing System Cache, does it help with performance problems?

    It's the dashboard performance mostly. It takes for ever to load up when I turn the console on. When I go to My Games or any part of the dashboard, the list takes forever to load. Etc.

    I have the exact same problem, I installed the update and now it freezes when it trys to loads the dashboard. I took out my HDD and restarted the xbox and the dashboard loaded fine. Witch mean's that it's the update that bugged up my xbox...

    I've cleared the cache, tested connection, opened the ports, and gotten two different Xbox 360s. I have tried seeing if something was wrong with my settings on my account and I get told I've found a glitch and it gives the following codes:
