    I see that at least one other person had this problem in the last 13 hours. So, I want to make sure that this is not isolated to just him or her. I am gold and should have 10% back, however your site says, I am not gold and will only receive 5% back. My
    Service & Subscription page on my Miscrosoft Account acknowledges that I re-upped my Gold on May 3rd. I ask that this please get fixed before the deposit date as I would like to receive my full percentage back that I am entitled to. I know that 10 months ago
    you had a the same problem as I even posted on this forum https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/3c19aee5-31f1-4a59-8a1b-a37e27ee4082 about it and was told it was a site malfunction. And it was fixed then, but now the problem has come back. Maybe you should

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members were new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
    getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. We are also delaying MyVIP for April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. There is currently an issue with subscriptions showing up correctly and they are working on a fix, so that is most likely the issue.
