    hi i would just like to tell you that when i am on the rewards page and i click my dash board it says i am a recruit but when i go on my xbox my game score is in the champion medal area so why is it showing me as a recruit i dont know i would just like to
    know why i am not champion medal

    hi! I got the new dash board and it is cool, but i'm having some problems.. I can't change my profile theme or see the videos that I own.. like trailers from the games and I couldn't find theme if anyone can help me please talk to me.

    Achievement levels only update once a month. So if you just got to the new level this month, you should see it update sometime in August.

    When I have problems with the dash board , I press the home button (X button in the middle of the controller) and it loads the dash board

    To change your theme:

    1. Go under the Social Hub.

    2. Either using Kinect or your controller, highlight over your avatar and press A.

    3. You will see the option to change your dashboard theme.
