    Download problems?

    Two days ago the Daily Challenges and Collections would not download. Today 2 of the Daily Challenges are downloading while the last challenge says 'downloading' , but never does.

    The collections try to download but they never arrive either.

    Yesterday none of the challenges downloaded. Today 2 of the challenges downloaded. Tomorrow ? Hopefully, the download problem will be resolved.

    This is usually caused by one of two things:

    1) Internet connection is lost

    2) Not enough free hard drive space

    I recommend first try rebooting your machine and then try launching the game, and also making sure you have plenty of free hard drive space.

    If this doesn't work try clicking on the "Calendar" tab in the Daily Challenges menu and click on a different day and then see if the DC's download.

    Have any other ideas? I am having same issue as ZappierWolf46. Daily Challenges just stopped downloading. I've reset program. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Plenty of space on hard drive. Internet connection is fine. Nothing is working.

    uninstalled and reinstalled several times but no use. other games are working fine i.e. mahajong, solitiar

    Something appears to be blocking the download of the DC images. Be sure you have no other apps running in the Task Manager. Also something you can check is looking in the following path:

    C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DcPuzzlesCache

    This is where the Daily Challenges download to. If this folder doesn't exist or is empty then something is blocking downloads and is likely a firewall or anti-virus software blocking the data.

    I am sorry about this issue. Here is the official support and FAQ page for Microsoft Casual games.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Daily Challenges not downloading

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000

    Jigsaw Daily Puzzles Not Downloading

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.
