My dads account has been locked by a password and I cant get in but when I enter the code...

Has anyone tried changing password to account? Are you able to login on microsoft.com?? What happened when account was locked? Did you enter in password and it was instantly locked? was it tried a couple times then locked?

Before i got locked out, i recieved a text message that my account has been compromised so i should log in to change my password which i did. Mind you, i did this on a pc not from my phone. After that, i made a purchase on skype to make calls. Skype kept
on logging me out then the next morning i got a notification that ive been locked out of my account for some privacy violation i have no idea what that is.

BTW, the security update is simply where Microsoft has been requiring all members of xbox live to update their proofs on account.live.com for their accounts, its not something you have missed. When prompted to enter your MSA and password, if you enter it
too many times, your account gets locked, which requires you to either recover a code from the proofs or fill out the ACSR form.

Have you set up parental locks to stop purchases without putting in your password or lock code? I set mine up for my daughter when she got an Xbox and so far there has been no purchases, or does your son know your password for the account?

HI basically, I cannot connect to my old account which has been locked because I entered too many wrong password. The problem is I couldnt get one Proper Microsoft Technical Support to get me to reset my password. They only left me a short note that If I
continued using my console with the locked account, my console might get locked as well. So ever since last year may I havent been able to use my X-Box at all. Could I get just one person to really help me out.
