My dad doesn't remember his e-mail address or password

Hi,

I used to have an Xbox 360 which I shared with my dad from time to time, he doesn't game much but likes to from time to time. So when the new generation of consoles dropped I switched to PlayStation at first, because here in The Netherlands the Xbox One
wasn't available until months later. My dad kinda quit gaming because he couldn't get used to Sony's controllers. So after E3 this year, I went and bought an Xbox One. Very glad I did btw. And my dad said, I saw all these cool games and I want to play some
of them. I still remembered his username so that was easy, but for the love of everything we can't remember his e-mailadress or password we used.

His account name is jonge snor, is there anyway we can still access this account? He might not game much, but he was kind of proud of his gamerscore.

Forgot the password of the e-mail adress that's linked to my Xbox-account.

I've got quite a problem here.

My other account that i've used for around 3.5 years is linked to an e-mail adress of my dad.

Now, my dad doesn't remember the password of that e-mail adress, and he doesn't remember the answer to his security question.

So now i can't log in to the account, but i have to, because if i don't, i can't play online on the Xbox.

We've tried filling in stuff like: The last people that you've send an e-mail to, etc etc, but we didn't provide enough information, so Microsoft didn't send an e-mail to change the password.

Is there any way i can link the Xbox-account to an other e-mail? Because if you can't log in to the e-mail adress linked to the account, how could you even manage that..?

I hope that my story isn't too hard to understand.

Corrupted Profile and data

First you have to delete your profile (but remember your e-mail address and password or it will be lossed) then you go to download profile and type in your e-mail address and password and everything will be restored. I just did it today when I formatted
my my memory (don't have to format)'

 

He'd have to contact support. As long as he can verify he is the owner of the account, they can get him the email and then he'd have to reset the password.

Thanks, after calling with Xbox service, we managed to determine which e-mail address we used and reset the password. Thanks again.
