My D Pad won’t work after sending it of 2 times to u and neither time it’s been fixed

We understand that you've sending your Elite Series controller for repair. As repaired device should be fixed if any case, your device is still not repaired. We encourage you to try the steps below and if issue persists, please contact our live support team for further assistance.



Firstly, have you tried resetting your controller? To do this, press and hold the Pair button on your controller for three seconds, then release it. Next, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for three seconds to turn it back on.



If resetting your controller doesn't work, you may need to update your controller's firmware. To do this, connect your controller to your Xbox console using a USB cable, then go to Settings > Devices & accessories > Accessories. Select your controller, then select Device info > Firmware version. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to update your controller's firmware.



If neither of these steps work, I recommend contacting Xbox Support directly for further assistance.

3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
   
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
   
10. Should you be encountering issues contacting support, you may try InPrivate Window of your browser, other browser, different device/s or connect to different network.

Mortal Kombat is an exceptional game but there's heavy input lag online and the Xbox 360's D-Pad doesn't help.

For the D-Pad, instead of using quarter circle motions, I find doing half circle works better. So to Teleport as Scorpion, instead of Down, Back, Front Kick, use Forward, Down, Back, Front Kick. Works better.

i recently got it for the xbox & its a nightmare to play with the daft d-pad on the controller, even the DB or DF doesnt come out at times. doing my head in. add away if u still play MK, im lookin for some practice as ive been away from MK for a long time.
