    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing for assistance. http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Keep in mind that if you paid via credit card or Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game being released, so you wouldn't have been charged yet so there wouldn't be anything to refund.
