    My custom xbox elite controller keeps disconnecting


    Sometimes it will just completely disconnect while playing wireless even wired sometimes but not as much but a lot of them time when I’m playing it just stops working in game like if I click the Xbox button on the pad the overlay will come up but it’s like it’s not connected to the game and I have to click off the game with mouse then back on the game for it to start working again. It’s sooo annoying I spent a lot of money on this pad and the pc

    Customizing your elite controller with Xbox design lab

    Being able to customize an elite controller would probably convince me to buy one. However, I don't see Xbox doing this unless elite controller sales were much higher. I think the price point still keeps a lot of people from pulling the trigger.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand your Elite controller keeps disconnecting. We recommend trying to update the controller. Sometimes the check for update seems to sync the controller again.
