My custom profile picture isn't changing. Why?

I had a custom pfp and I wanted to change it and when I changed it, it changed to the generic monkey pfp and it won't change to any custom pfp now

Thank you for the reply. I've benefited looking and I've seen that the servers aren't working right now. Just hope they get fixed soon. Thanks dude

It's an issue with the servers. A lot of people are having the same issue. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regards to the same issue but as an additional help make sure that your image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels.

Also, It might take a little while for your customized image to appear while the enforcement team verifies that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

Yeah I got the same message. I didn't change my picture, but somehow my custom picture isn't showing now.
