My custom profile pic won’t change

Ive recently been wanting to change my profile picture on the Xbox app and when i do it says “sorry we cant upload the picture right now try again later”. Then i try a few days later and i get the same response also its been awhile since ive changed my
profile pic.(ive only changed it like 4 times). Im just wandering why is does that cause i get the same response for every picture i do.
