    My current live suspension


    (my gamertag) i was suspended due to interrupting a few players grinding spot in Elder Scrolls Online. I have screenshots of them threatening me while trying to play the game. they got there friends to report me and due to this i was unfairly

    Mass reporting will not get anyone banned. Evidence of actions breaking TOS has to be available.

    The reason Microsoft put was harassment, but there are screenshots of the full conversation and it was the other two guys that were harassing him. He's a UK player as well.

    Xbox suspended me for a week and I get on the next day and says I’m banned. What do I do ?

    Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

    You've been given the wrong information.I also suspect they told you to post the reference number which you are not allowed to do on the forums.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
