The shortcut in question is for web browsing, if you don't have any browser open theoretically nothing should happen, you need to change this shortcut outside the game, in windows it activates something besides what I've already mentioned?

My prediction?

"CTRL + C & CTRL + V"

If Ctrl + W does not work for CS2 even after trying a new keyboard and ensuring that Toggle Keys, Sticky Keys, and Filter Keys are off, there are a few other things you can try:

• Remap the Ctrl + W keybind: You can try remapping the Ctrl + W keybind to a different key combination in CS2. To do this, follow these steps:
  
  1. Open CS2 and go to the Options menu.
     
  2. Click on the “Keyboard/Mouse” tab.
     
  3. Find the “Toggle Weapon” keybind and click on the “Change” button.
     
  4. Press the new key combination that you want to use for the Toggle Weapon keybind.
     
  5. Click on the “OK” button to save your changes.
     
• Verify the integrity of the game files: It is possible that some of the game files for CS2 have become corrupted. You can verify the integrity of the game files through Steam by following these steps:
  
  1. Open Steam and go to your Library.
     
  2. Right-click on CS2 and select “Properties.”
     
  3. Click on the “Local Files” tab.
     
  4. Click on the “Verify integrity of game files…” button.
