Discus and support My credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I had 5,000 in credits which I deposited to my Xbox account but nothing has been added even though I got the email saying it should be there.     Hello A17IAN,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    MY CREDITS

    Credits are automatically scheduled for a deposit after you have at least 5,000 pending. So they would have deposited on their own. You can verify the deposit at Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Hello TheDextroPanda,

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see you have already spent your August 30th deposit on Destiny Silver in early September.

    Since you registered as a US member, we are only tracking purchases made in USD for your US Rewards Account. Since your purchases were made in BRL, they are not eligible for Rewards.
