My credits were not deposited in my account

Discus and support My credits were not deposited in my account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My credits were supposed to be deposited on my account on the 30th of this month, but it didn´t happen, I have 5750 credits still waiting for 15 days...     My credits were supposed to be deposited on my account on the 30th of this month, but it didn´t happen, I have 5750 credits still waiting for 15 days

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    I've been given some amount of rewards credits by xbox support as sort of a refund, and these points were immediately deposited and converted. Hovewer, my actual credits that i had before, were not deposited and just show up as a deadweight on a rewards
    page. I can see the amount and description about the deposit dates(rather, on which day they are deposited) but there's nothing else. According to description, they should've been deposited 3 days ago, yet they were not. So, what do i do?

    Made another topic, as i was unable to edit or delete previous one, but had to add some information:

    Support team told me to specify these numbers 1421244105 i think it's the number of my ticket or something like that.

    Also, number of xbox live credits that i'm talking about - 8000.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    You can review when you received these Credits as pending from your MyRewards page, which will show the specific date these Credits were pending in your account in the MyStatement section of that page.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Russian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
