    In my Microsoft account credits i use to have £20 and more and now it mostly gone. I want them back.

    My rewards credits gone

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since you have not performed any actions that would entitle you to any Credits beyond our adjustments for your Gimme 5 award, you are not entitled to any other Credits.

    Hello

    To reward8 i explain already many times that all my reward credits were not added for all and those pending only cover tiny bit and the rest not checked. See you don't even explain these issues and only put little work into this. Many credit were gone either
    not put in for my mission or not converted correctly, at least 10,000 credit were not added nor converted. That why i keep asking to skip the chase and just add 50,000 reward credits to fix. I know this issue but its problem like this the get bigger and bigger.
    I continue to get let down by lack of offering reward credit to fix. Why don't see this and just fix it. Offer 80,000 reward credits.

    You can check your transactions at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows the funds being used or if they expired. If you notice any errors or still need help, you would need to contact support and speak

    Check your statement on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. It sounds like your credits have been deposited and your statement will show what date they were deposited on. You can also check for your deposit at http://commerce.microsoft.com

    Hello CantankerusGoat,

    That amount is your lifetime Credit amount. That includes previously deposited Credits. Your pending Credit amount is what is currently available for deposit in your account, and I see that the pending Credits you had were deposited in our mid month deposit.
    You can see all your Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Are you talking about Microsoft Reward points? I think they expire after so long ..... I use them frequently so I’m not sure if they expire after a year or so.
