My Credits don't add up

Hello,

I've been reviewing my Xbox Live Rewards account, and my VIP rank coupled with my Xbox Live Gold status shows that I should be receiving 6% cash back on my purchases from the Xbox Store.

Throughout November and December, I spent upwards of £250 on digital purchases in the Xbox store but have received no Credit deposits that reflect the 6% cash back I've been offered.

I'm a little bit disappointed that the reward scheme is not working as advertised and would appreciate any help with this matter.

Adding kids

I would like to add my kids to my family, but it won't let me use my credit card that is attached to me. Do I really need to have 3 different credit cards to add them, because i don't have 3 and really don't think i should have to add anymore than the 1
I am using. Thanks in advance.

 

I don't recieve my credits

They would be scheduled for the April 12 deposit.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

We can confirm that some of your purchases were not awarded payback, and are investigating. However, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. We'll update this thread when we determine the cause of this issue.

It looks like our system was incorrectly flagging your payment method as an invalid type, starting after your group of pre-orders in early November. We are adjusting our system to correctly calculate this payment method as valid, and your purchases going
forward should work as expected. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust you manually for your missing purchases. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.
