My credits do not go up

    My credits do not go up


    I registered in the program live rewards xbox since 12/05/2016 at the time I had 7030 G and currently I have 16030 G and even today when I go in the option my rewards appears that I have only 250 G or I have no way to receive
    The program rewards rewards, I hope you have how to solve this and that I get to use my points in xbox live rewards, if someone could help me I would appreciate it!

    My New Credit Card Will Not Go Through

    I received a message from xbox 3 weeks ago that my card with my subscription on it will expire. It has been expired for two weeks so I haven't been able to access live since then. The problem is I have a perfectly up-to-date credit card I can transfer my
    subscription over on. But when I go onto my xbox to update my paying options it tells me my card goes through... but nothing happens. I then decided to try going online to the xbox website to change my payment optinos. Every time I select the card I want to
    be charged it tells me the website is going through some technical difficulties. I have been attempting to change my card for two weeks but to no avail, it appears the site has been glitching out. Every time I sign in I get a page telling me I found a glitch
    in the system. Has anyone else had this problem/ have any suggestions on what I should do? Responses are appreciated.

    Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to

    - sign in there if you can - then go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us


    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    My credits do not go up

    Gamerscore is not the same as rewards credits. In order to earn credits you need to either complete offers listed on the site or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
