    My credits are not being received


    I purchased 2 £8 cards on the 2nd or 3rd of this month but they never came on the 15th theres been things I had planned for them to spend them on event on fortnite but the event is over just wondering when my credits will be converted and put on to my account
    please thanks for helping.

    Not received my reward credits

    Hello NFUfan2001,

    We perform deposits during the middle and end of the month. Since you did not request your deposit in time for the middle of the month deposit, it will be a part of the end of month deposit.

    Not received my reward credits

    I requested a deposit of my rewards credits and they were meant to be deposited earlier this week, yet I have not received them. Could I have some help with resolving this issue?

    They would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
    deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Rewards support is only available via this forum and Twitter. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
    at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are no offers to receive credits just for being a gold member. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    We see that your order is currently being processed, and should award Credits shortly.

    As it says in our FAQ for that offer:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.



    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, I can confirm that we received this purchase information, and it is currently being processed and should show as pending soon.

    to do this on the xbox acc that was used were my credit card was charged from I called today Xbox customer service and my credit card should be removed so I don't continue to have this problems being monthly charge. 04/1/2019 but I have to fill out a form
    through my Xbox account in order to receive my credited refund of 9.99 +9.99.
