My credit rewards are not deposited and I already updated my data

    My credit rewards are not deposited and I already updated my data


    I would like to be deposited my credits rewards but it always appears that I need to update my data and I already did, my billing address is correct and everything, I even bought games and renewed membership online but still do not deposit
    my credits, I would like me Help, this is the second time I post this problem, the first time I was told something was wrong, but I was not given a solution.

    Hello,

    I have been receiving emails with my rewards updates monthly and noticed that rewards are not being deposited. It states that my account info needs updated. I clicked on the link and everything looks fine. Could you please assist me in correcting this so
    that my pending reward credits and can processed. Thank you.

    Rewards not being deposited

    My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

    Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

    Hi HostilShot. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is Mexico, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need
    to opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.
