    Hi everyone My credit card not working - what happened? :)

    I have a problem with my credit card on my account. When I go on my profile i see it, that my credit card work, but when I go to pay options I don not see it. On xbox one I have that problem too. My xbox live was disabled month ago, and i have fight with
    that to today xD I need xbox live to play online, but i can not pay for it. When i try add new card, but with numbers form old, system show, that my credit card work, and pleas me change form to pay. I do not know how can i fix it. My last subscribe is overdue,
    but i can not pay. Any ideas? My credit card not working - what happened? ;) I will be greatful for fast help ^.^

    This is still not working for me!! I have tried everything credit card, debit card, code, changing my name and trying with different credit card, nothing works!

    My credit card happens to be a Green Dot VISA, so yes, it will work just like any old card.

    XBox keeps submitting unauthorized charges on my credit card. How can I get this to stop? I've never had an Xbox account and do not use it.

    I agree. That was my issue --- fraudulent charges on the credit card. I contacted the credit card company, and they addressed the problem. Unauthorized charges and a compromised card number may be what happened in your situation, too.

    Is there a work around for paying for Game Pass Ultimate?

    Have you called your credit card company to check that they didn't flag the purchase for some reason?

    I have had this happen on cards that worked, and then suddenly the card no longer works because the credit card company flagged a purchase as suspicious.
