My credit card being charged monthly for Microsoft Ultimate 1

Pls follow the below instruction.

You can cancel your Game Pass Ultimate subscription at any time by signing in to your account. Under Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, select Payment & billing, then Cancel. You’ll have an option to end your subscription on its expiration date. Depending on your subscription’s status, you may also have an option to end it immediately with a refund of the price you paid for Ultimate only.

Sign in

You can also cancel your subscription from your console. Press the Xbox button  on your controller and go to Profile & system > Settings. Select Account > Subscriptions, choose your subscription, and follow the steps to cancel.

Note The upgrade of any prepaid time can’t be reverted to Xbox Live Gold or other Xbox Game Pass plans and is not eligible for refund.

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

If the charge doesn't show on that link, then I'll suggest you reach out to your bank and dispute the charge, requesting a charge back.

I no longer would like the Ultimate pass. Would like to cancel the subscription but not sure how to do so. Thanks.

I have had the same thing happen to me for the past 12 months now. No microsoft subscriptions ever, but unauthorised monthly charges to my credit card account for $15.95au MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONT MSBILL.INFO AU. Credit card has now been replaced three (3) times, but the bank (the biggest bank in aus) assures me that this time the charges will stop. In my case, I don't believe it was actually Microsoft charging my card. It has now been 2 months since the last unauthorised charge hit my account.
